We grow our grapes on the hills of Moncrivello in the subalpine area of Serra and Canavese .
Moncrivello is the only village in the province of Vercelli that is included in the D.O.C.G. area of Erbaluce di Caluso with a rich and unique tradition of making both the red (vin neiro) and raisinated wine (passì).
Mottino Family (Onorino and his sons Emanuele & Sandro with the valued help of Uncle Gian) has had a long history of tradition and care to this wine art and is proudly committed to offer such an extraordinary wine to all the wine lovers.
Territory.
The Morainic Amphitheater of Ivrea, a geological structure of glacial origin located in the Canavese region, is the principal production area of the Erbaluce di Caluso.
Thanks to its characteristic weather and exclusive location, the grapes grown there are very unique and versatile that provide extraordinary wine with an elegant perfume and sweet taste.
